SHADOW LAKE VILLAGE

Shadow Lake Village is a planned, age-restricted condominium community for active adults. It has 952 dwelling units of some thirty different styles and is located on the North shore of Shadow Lake in Middletown Township, Monmouth County, New Jersey, USA.

This website was created under the direction of the Board of Trustees to make available a broad range of information about the Village. Some of this information is oriented toward the needs of the residents of Shadow Lake Village, but hopefully much of what follows will be interesting and useful to the community at large.

Please explore the links below to see what is currently available. This site is a work in progress. Check What's New for status and plans. Your comments and suggestions are welcome by email to the WebMaster. Please report any discrepancies to the WebMaster. As a volunteer job, there just isn't time for me to do a complete test against all available web browsers.

Adobe PDF Files

Note that some of the documents and forms that can be viewed on this site are available both in a "Web" version and in a pre-formatted version known as "PDF," or Portable Document Format. Both versions contain the same information. The PDF version produces a rather close copy of the original as it looked in Microsoft WORD, or in whatever application it originated. It is therefore more appropriate for printing. The "Web" version may vary quite a lot from the original in presentation, for example it may adjust the length of lines of text depending on the width of your web browser window.

To display the "PDF" version you need a program called Adobe Reader. This program is free from Adobe Corporation and may be obtained through the following link:

In summary, the "web" view is quick-and-dirty, while the "PDF" view is somewhat slower and requires Adobe's viewing software, but is more true to the original document.
