Shadow Lake Village Documents, Guidelines, Rules, and Forms

This page links to a plethora of documents that are important to residents or potential residents of Shadow Lake Village. The Information Guide and Bylaws are given to each new resident as part of their orientation to the Village. The others provide information or relate to guidelines for obtaining services and approvals that residents should understand.

Most of these SLV documents are available in an easy-to-access "web" version or a better formatted printable version. Choose the appropriate symbol in the sections below whichever format best suits your purposes. After viewing documents in the "PDF" format, you may have to use the "BACK" button of your web browser to return to this page. If a table entry says, "N/A", then the document is not currently available in that format, but we are in the process of acquiring it.

Information Guide and By-Laws

SLV Information Guide Spring 2010 Edition. This link is to the "web" version of the document. It has internal links to help get to the section that may be of most interest, but is not faithful to the formatting of the original document.

There is also a Fully Formatted Version, including all sections, as approved by the SLV Trustees. This may require an additional program such as Adobe Reader for viewing or printing.

Committee Guides, Forms, and other Useful Documents

The FORMS are the same ones that can be picked up at the SLV Office in the Clubhouse, but as a convenience, you can print your own at home. Please use the formatted-for-printing (the right-hand column) version of the files, so the folks who process the forms will see a consistent format.

As we move further into the 21st century, we plan to make on-line computer entry of these forms an option.
